We strive to make the best possible bath and body products that feel good on your skin and are different from the everyday bath products available on the market. About Our Soaps
We consider every bar of soap a mini work of art. Even if the soap batch is made with a single color, no bar of soap will be identical to the others. Colors can also vary between batches. We handcraft every small batch individually and cut each bar by hand, so there may be some individual cosmetic imperfections. This in no way diminishes the product you will receive. Instead, it defines the very meaning of having a handcrafted item that makes each and every bar of soap unique unto itself.

The things we can guarantee are consistent with our soaps is the use of quality ingredients incorporated into each batch of soap that we make and the care we take in making that batch of soap. We stand behind our products and will do our very best to make sure that you receive a high quality, handcrafted artisan bar of soap.
Refunds
All bath and body item sales are final, non-refundable, and cannot be returned. If you received an item in error due to a mistake on our part, please contact us within three (3) days so we can take care of the issue and make things right. We cannot fix a problem if we don't know anything about it!
All bath and body products are described to the best of our knowledge. We photograph our soaps to best represent the overall color palette of the soap in addition to the intended design for that specific batch. Due to the nature of our handcrafted items, not every soap product will be identical to the photo as swirls and colors will vary between bars. That is part of what makes handcrafted soaps unique and special!

We describe the scents based on the descriptions we have on hand or the scent blends we design. All products are sold by weight, not by volume.

Do you see something that you like but the color isn't quite the right shade you had in mind? Have you ordered a product in the past that felt wonderful on your skin and you'd like to recreate that in your own personal color style? Contact us and we can discuss what you would be interested in having us design for you!
Maybe you have a special occasion coming up, such as a shower or wedding. Let us make that happen for you!

Please be advised that custom orders for soap takes time to make. We require a minimum of eight weeks to allow for planning, design, and cure time. Other body products may be relatively simple to craft but we still need time to ensure that what we design for you is exactly to your liking and up to our standards! Call or email for details!
